Reimagine Your Career

Find a place where you can be yourself, discover who you are as a therapist, and truly thrive.

A message from the owner, Becca Ferguson, LPC!

Welcome to
The Therapy Office!

Becoming a therapist isn’t easy. We pour our hearts into earning our degrees, completing countless clinical hours, and navigating supervision, only to finally reach our terminal license—our ticket to private practice! Viva!

But then, a new challenge arises: you suddenly find yourself a business owner with little to no training in running a practice! Yikes! You want the freedom to focus on your clients, but you also want to earn what you deserve, feel respected in your work environment, and explore all that this rewarding career has to offer.

What if you could have it all? At The Therapy Office, we seek therapists who are eager to think outside the box and make a real difference in our community. We handle the behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on what truly matters—rediscovering your passion for therapy and loving your job again.

How We Got Started

The Therapy Office was founded by Becca Ferguson, LPC, in September 2022 with one simple goal—to create a space where therapists can fully embrace their unique selves. What began as a solo practice with a bit of extra office space quickly evolved into a thriving group practice, driven by the vision of offering a truly unique experience for therapists.

Our mission is grounded in the belief that the work we do as therapists matters. It deserves to be respected, honored, and valued. At The Therapy Office, we provide the space for therapists to create their identity, not only within their professional roles but in their personal lives as well. We recognize the importance of evolving and growing in our careers, and we embrace that change as a strength.

We know that being human and empathic in our sessions is vital—not only for our clients but for ourselves as well. Most importantly, we believe that therapy doesn’t have to be an isolating profession. Here, we support each other, collaborate, and build a community where we all thrive, rather than compete.

The Therapy Office is where therapists come to be themselves, to grow, and to love what they do again.

About the Owner

Hey there!

I’m Becca Ferguson, Licensed Professional Counselor and Owner of The Therapy Office. I’m so glad you’ve stumbled across this page!

Finding the right place to work isn’t easy. You’re interviewing potential workplaces just as much as they’re interviewing you. I know how real the potential for burnout is in this field, and I’m not naïve to that reality.

When you talk to me, you'll hear a lot about “real life human beings.” Why? Because I believe that authenticity is at the heart of every great relationship and workplace culture. My goal is to create a space where you can explore who you are, both as a person and as a therapist.

Being a therapist is tough. We hold so much for others on a daily basis. It’s my hope that The Therapy Office becomes a place where you can collaborate, connect, and evolve—without losing sight of who you are or why you love this work.

- Becca Ferguson, LPC

“True evolution is found in the moments of uncertainty, where growth quietly takes root and transformation begins.”

Alright, are you feeling like this might be a good fit?

I get it. Change is terrifying. There is nothing promising you that this opportunity will be better than what you are experiencing right now.

HOWEVER, there is hope. At The Therapy Office, we work to make this a space for you to feel welcomed and appreciated. Go ahead, apply! I can’t wait to hear from you!

Got a question before you apply? Here are some of the most common ones I get! Once you submit your application, we’ll have a chance to chat and cover any other questions you may have that aren’t answered here!

  • We're here to create waves and make a difference in our community! As the owner, it's my goal to find out what matters most to you and how I can support you to reach your goals. I want to encourage you to find your identity as a human and a therapist. However, that looks, I'm in your corner!

  • As a 1099 contractor, your compensation will be based on client and insurance payments. During the interview, we'll negotiate a pay split that reflects your experience and the value you bring to the office. I’ll work with you to develop a balanced caseload that fits your life, ensures you're paid fairly, and gives you the energy to continue making a difference in the community!

  • If you've clicked on the application, you’ll notice there are quite a few questions—and that’s intentional! I believe a strong work culture is crucial, and I want to ensure everyone on the team meshes well, collaborates effectively, and shares the common goal of serving our community. The questions are designed to help you reflect on your journey as a therapist. I care deeply about who you are as a person, and I’ve worked hard to create a non-judgmental space where we support each other. This application reflects that commitment!

  • We’ve built a solid reputation in Springdale, and many of our referrals are for in-person appointments. If you're interested in a telehealth-only position, there will be additional requirements, particularly around marketing. Telehealth clinicians are expected to engage in social media marketing and develop a strong online presence. If this sounds like something you'd be excited about, feel free to email me, and we can discuss it further!

  • Absolutely! You'll receive a caseload expectation in your contract, and from there, you’ll set your own schedule blocks. Our admin team will fill your schedule based on the blocks you choose. If you prefer full control of your scheduling, you can coordinate with the admin to handle all your appointments directly.

  • Yes! We submit insurance claims and collect copays daily. You'll be able to track your income daily through our Electronic Health Record, Simple Practice. If you have any questions about where a payment is, you can reach out to me and we'll track it down!

  • We don’t have to stop at the traditional one-on-one therapy model. As therapists, we’re allowed to evolve as we master new techniques, and having the right support is key when you have BIG ideas! If you’re ready to explore, I’m here to help you grow. We can create group therapy programs, continuing education, community events, webinars, blogs, podcasts, and more. Together, we can bring your vision to life!

We’ll be getting ready for you!

We can’t wait to see your application! In the meantime, we’ll keep the office ready for you!
