Founded in September 2022, The Therapy Office has rapidly grown, offering a personalized and compassionate counseling experience. We reject one-size-fits-all approaches to therapy, focusing instead on creating an environment of trust, empathy, and understanding. Our aim is to provide clients with the tailored help they need in a relaxed space.

  • Position Overview

As a Terminally Licensed Therapist, you will specialize in working with adults aged 18 and above. We are particularly interested in candidates trained in trauma treatment with EMDR, Brainspotting, or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) techniques. We are looking for culturally competent clinicians that are committed to serving minority populations, religious traumas, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+, and Pro-Choice individuals. Therapy Office thrives off of motivated clinicians that want to give back to our community and constantly improve their techniques and trainings.

Owner, Becca Ferguson, will be available for consultations when needed. Clinicians are considered 1099 contractors.

  • Opportunities for Growth

Each therapist will receive referrals from our website, calls, and social media platforms. Therapists can showcase their expertise by publishing their works on our website, promoting their ideas, brands, and specialties. Therapists will have opportunities to grow outside of the 1:1 insurance model by being able to provide: Cash base therapy intensives, continuing education, group counseling, community events, and more.

Our position offers flexibility: therapists can choose to provide sessions via telehealth anywhere in Arkansas or conduct in-person sessions at our Springdale location. For telehealth sessions, therapists are responsible for providing their own equipment (laptop, webcam, microphone). Access to an Electronic Health Record system will be provided for scheduling, notes, and client communication. Personalized email addresses will be supplied for therapists to use.

  • Timeline

Applications will be reviewed within 2 weeks of receiving them. The first interview will be done virtually to discuss the practice and the second interview will be done in person after references are collected. Onboarding will take 30 days with insurance credentialling. I get it. Change is terrifying. There is nothing promising you that this opportunity will be better than what you are experiencing right now.

HOWEVER, there is hope. At The Therapy Office, we work to make this a space for you to feel welcomed and appreciated. Go ahead, apply! I can’t wait to hear from you!
